Lower McCullough Gulch is a hidden gem nestled among towering pines and babbling streams that made for adorable and intimate portraits. Each location represented a unique facet of their relationship. It was a testament to their love that they wanted to incorporate these stunning landscapes into their elopement.
Breckenridge gay day before their Airbnb gay elopement, Breckenridge gifted H and I with a glorious burst of sunshine and a balmy temperature of almost 70 degrees. A whopping 18 inches of snow fell, transforming Breckenridge into a winter wonderland. We had originally scheduled 6 hours together on their big day, but due to the impending blizzard, we decided to split their time over two days!

The original ceremony site was going to be outdoors, and we moved it to the top floor of the Airbnb where the family was staying. It turned out to be a gorgeous ceremony space with floor-to-ceiling windows that provided plenty of natural light.
Afterward, there were toasts, celebrations, and dinner downstairs. I even handmade the cake topper, which was a wooden model of him and his partner in their elopement attire! One thing that stood out during their planning process was their understanding of the importance of flexibility when it comes to outdoor elopements.
The weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and they wisely chose a place to stay that not only offered breathtaking aesthetics but also served as a backup location option. Thanks to their foresight in choosing a beautiful cabin nestled among the pines, we were able to seamlessly transition to capturing their elopement ceremony in the comfort of their cozy Airbnb.

Throughout our entire small wedding elopement, including planning and the days prior, they were super responsive, had a plan for everything, and had such amazing suggestions! They always made sure we felt comfortable and were super thoughtful.
